Overview
Fridays is a US-based telehealth platform offering GLP-1, longevity, microdosing, and TRT treatments. We planned and managed their paid social campaigns across Meta, running lead generation and retargeting campaigns targeted at the US market to drive funnel sign-ups at an efficient cost per result.

Process
We ran two parallel lead generation campaigns to test creative and targeting variants against each other, with a retargeting layer underneath capturing the audience that had engaged but not converted. The structure was designed to give us a clear comparative read between campaign variants whilst keeping cost per result down through retargeting compounding the work done at the top of the funnel.

Results
The first lead generation campaign delivered 291 funnel leads at $4.27 per result, with the second generating 225 leads at $6.14 per result. Retargeting added a further 172 conversions at $2.96 per result, bringing total funnel entries across all three campaigns to 688. The cost gap between the two cold campaigns gave us a clear directional read on which creative and targeting logic to scale, with retargeting compounding the work done at the top of the funnel.
