Overview
Otto is a UK-based online pharmacy specialising in GLP-1 weight loss treatments. We planned and managed their paid social campaigns across Meta, running lead generation and engagement campaigns targeted at the UK market with a focus on driving qualified patient enquiries at an efficient cost per result.

Process
We ran two lead generation campaigns in parallel, splitting website eligibility leads from instant form leads to give us a clear comparative read on which acquisition mechanic was producing the higher-quality enquiry at the better cost. Creative and targeting were built specifically for the UK GLP-1 audience, with the eligibility funnel weighted toward prospects further down the consideration curve and the instant form route capturing higher-volume, lighter-intent leads at the top.

Results
The website eligibility campaign delivered 534 leads at £3.97 per result, with the instant form campaign generating a further 288 leads at £4.43 per lead. Combined reach across both campaigns landed at 22,181, with the cost per result on the eligibility funnel making a strong case for weighting future budget toward the higher-intent acquisition route whilst keeping the instant form campaign running as a volume layer underneath.
